Nun Bet is the English transliteration of the Hebrew letters נ and ב. When written together at the end of a note or letter as נב, these letters represent the phrase נזכרתי בדבר or “I remembered something”. It’s the Hebrew version of P.S.
Nun Bet is not about nuns gambling.
